Throughout the AOL Message Board universe, liberals have reached new, disturbing lows in their mission to ruin society and rid it of the last vestiges of decency. Estone and TeeRay (not their actual Screen Names, so as to protect their right to privacy) in particular, are the best examples of what is the worst segment of America. Hatred and division sour their foul hearts, leading many to question the quality of their parents.
Perhaps kindness, respect, and honor are virtues worth holding dear? Liberals should learn to respect the views of others. They fancy themselves to be "tolerant", yet they attack anyone who doesn't agree with their opinions. One cannot help but wonder if there is a touch of hypocrisy about them?
Nancy Pelosi is just like Estone and TeeRay. She believes in nothing, yet pretends to have some sense of high idealism. For what, one might ask! Pelosi didn't run on anything. She ran on nothingness as an issue, yet now says she will "restore decency to the Congress"? That is just as likely as Estone and TeeRay growing devils horns and breathing fire (oh wait, there is actually a slightly chance of that, sorry!!)
Respect, honor, decency, kindness, understanding, and fairness should be words people like Estone and TeeRay should be required to cite every morning after they wake up. Perhaps that would help them get along with their fellow human beings.

Seems to me you are not respecting the views of Pelosi and these two liberal message board posters. You claim Pelosi is just like them - "she believes in nothing." Therefore, you are saying the two posters also believe in nothing. If they believe in nothing, why are you so bent out of shape over nothing?
I have seen some pretty disgusting posts on AOL message boards made by conservatives. Why do you single out these two liberal posters? Could it be that they have gotten under your skin and you are unable to debate them on the message boards?
Sorry, but if I were you, I would be think twice about calling others hypocrits.
BTW, if Pelosi did not run on anything, can you explain how she won?

As far as your assertion that I am "unable to debate them", big mistake. I've spent a great deal of time writing original articles that were meant to spur throught. These two always respond with one or two line personal attacks, never addressing the issue at hand. There was never any "debating" people like that...people with nothing original to contribute to a discussion.
As far as Pelosi: She is in San Fransisco; that explains "how she won". The Democrats only won control of the Congress, and by slim margins, because these were "6th year elections", if you know what those are. It won't last.
Sorry, maybe I am naive, but explain to me why just because Pelosi is from SF, that is why she won? Does that mean that anyone can move to SF and win an election? Come on, you said she ran on nothing. I think you are copping out here.
I also think Pelosi gave a great speech today as new House Speaker. I think she will do a much better job than Hastert who turned his head to the pedophile, Mark Foley. Or do you defedn pedophiles like Foley?

In case you didn't pay attention during the Congressional elections, Nancy Pelosi herself SAID they didn't have to run on anything. The Republicans were supposedly so unpopular that it was not necessary. That may, in fact, have been true. However, it remains that she (as a party leader) ran on nothing and encouraged the rest of her party to "run on nothing", as well. Although convenient to win the elections this way, it will in end be their undoing. There is always a price to pay when you don't run on any issue...and instead depend on the weakness of your opponent. Think of it like a football match. Would you like a team that depended only on their defense and no offense? Would you be satisfied with your team staying at the 50 yard line + 1 yard and hoping the opposition's offense doesn't get far?
Why do you even bring up Mark Foley? He can burn in hell as far as I'm concerned. The Republicans ran him out of D.C. as fast as possible. However, Democrats don't do the same when their own members actually physically molest children; They end up getting two standing ovations and a meaningless slap on the wrist.
